Application
Middle and low pressure gate valve is a widely used to open and close a variety of pipeline medium valve, a variety of gate structure to meet the requirements of different working conditions, with small flow resistance, small opening and closing force characteristics. Choose different materials, can be respectively suitable for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea and other media.
Characteristic
• The opening and closing part of the gate valve is the gate plate. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate plate moves up and down in a straight line with the valve stem.
• Gate valves generally have two sealing surfaces to achieve two-way sealing;
• Wedge type elastic single gate, wedge type double gate structure or parallel double gate structure;
• Welding and various piping flange standards and flange sealing face types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements;
• Body materials, gaskets and fillers can be reasonably selected according to actual conditions or user requirements, can be applied to a variety of pressure, temperature and medium conditions;
• Gate valve has multiple operation modes for users to choose, mainly manual, bevel gear drive, pneumatic, electric and so on.
